The Diploma course is natural progression from the foundation level. Students that study and pass components D01, D04 and D05 below can at a moderate fee apply and obtain the application programming certificate alone, as well as achieving the Diploma Certificate when they pass the other components at a later stage

• IMIS Foundation Diploma
• 4 GCSE/GCE/SCE levels, one to be in English and another to be in numerate subject at grades A, B or C (for overseas student grades 1 to 6 or credits/distinctions are considered equivalent).
• Applicants 21 years of age and over with two years relevant work experience in computing or a related field may also be eligible.
• Applicants aged 19 and over may be admitted provided they can demonstrate sufficient motivation to cope with the demands imposed by the course and posses appropriate ability even if not measured by the the acquisition of 'O' levels or equivalent.
