Terms and Conditions

• 1 - All students are required to attend class regularly on time during the period for which they have enrolled
• 2 - Alpha Meridian College of Computing reserves the right to vary timetables and/or transfer students from one class to another and/or cancel courses
• 3 - The school also reserves the right to exclude students whose conduct or behaviour is disruptive or whose attendance is unsatisfactory
• 4 - Students are responsible for their subscription, registration and payment of examination fees, etc.
• 5 - Students are advised to obtain insurance cover for their travel and stay in the UK
• 6 - Provided that written notice is given to the college at least two weeks before course start date our refund policy is as follow.
• a) A full refund will be made less the course deposit and one third of course fees plus once week's accommodation deposit £95 along with any additional accommodation charges incurred
• b) The course deposit of £250 is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
• c) Original letters of acceptance and or certificates of enrolment must be returned to the school before a refund can be made
• d) In the event of a visa application or entry to the UK being refused, original documents(s) must be provided to the school before a refund can be made
• e) No refunds will be made where the school's facilities are used to obtain travel permits/visas
• f) Refunds are made at the discretion of Alpha Meridian College
