Attendance Requirements and College Reporting Rsponsibilities

The college is obliged by the UK Government to report information or events about sponsored migrants within 10 days which includes but is not limited to the following:

Any student who
• is not present for the first day of college.
• misses 10 'expected contacts' on their course of study without reasonably granted permission
• stops their studies, or ends their course (including where they are dismissed)
• has any significant changes in the length of a course of study
• breaches the conditions of their leave

Also, any student using a Transport for London Discount card who does not attend college for 4 consecutive days will have their card automatically cancelled.
